Installation from CD-ROM |

- Insert the Liberty Online CD into
your CD-ROM drive.
- If installation does not
begin automatically, click on Start and select Run. Type d:\cdsetup
or e:\cdsetup. Click on the Begin square on the top right.
- Select the Accept radio
button to accept Microsoft User Agreement and click Next to continue.
- Click Next to complete
Liberty Online installation. Click Finish to restart your computer.
- Liberty Online First Run
- On restart, double click
the new Liberty Online icon on your desktop.
- Enter your Liberty Online User Name
and Password, printed above.
- Click Properties to select
your Liberty Online access number. Click on Phonebook. Select
your State and Local Access Number. Click OK and OK. If no Local
Access Number for your area is listed, call Liberty Online Customer
Care.
- Click Connect to begin.
To receive the maximum benefit
from your Liberty OnLine Pages Listing, you should consider, some of
the terms people will use to find your business - after all, you
are the expert on your customers and how they will try to find you.

From www.onlineyp.net select the
Member Login. This will cause the upper navigation banner to change,
personalizing the Search Page with your name. (If your browser has
cookies enabled, this will be the last time you will need to sign-in).
This will allow you to select Manage Your Web Site.
Once you are in the Website
Manager, you will see a copy of your website and a list of the following
editing options on the upper-left side of the screen: Customer Information,
Keyword Description, Web Template, Home Page, About Us Page, Preview
Website. Simply select the appropriate option to get started.
- Customer Information
- The Listing Manager lets you edit your customer information.
This keeps your website current with the latest information about
your business. To make changes, fill out any new information,
such as a new mobile phone number or updated company slogan on
the provided form and hit Submit at the bottom of the page.
- Keyword Description
- Changing your keyword description allows you to keep your Liberty
OnLine Pages listing accurate with new products or services. To
update or change your information, enter a list of keywords that
people might use to search for your business and a brief description
in the appropriate fields provided. Once you're satisfied, hit
Save to submit the changes.
- Web Template -
onlineyp.net provides a variety of templates designed to give
your website a professional appearance. Your current template
is presented at the top of the page with alternative choices listed
below. Select a new template by checking the radio button to the
left side of the template image then click Save at the bottom
of the page to Edit Home Page/About Us Page.
- Edit Home Page/About
Us Page - Your website has several fields that you can customize
to suit your particular requirements. Throughout each page you
will see small Edit buttons. These are associated with information
you can change at any time, such as hours of operation or stock
photography. Click on the appropriate Edit button and follow the
accompanying instructions.
- Preview Website
- As you make adjustments to your onlineyp.net website, you will want
to preview these changes on the site in real time to get your
site exactly right. To see a preview, select Preview Website on
the left side of the page. This will create a new window to preview
your customized website. Simply close the window when you are
finished reviewing your customizations.

The Liberty OnLine Pages Listing
Manager allows you to edit and view important account information.
To make changes, Login at the Member Login and select Liberty Online Account
from the menu that replaces the Account Login.

The initial OnlineYP installation should include all the appropriate
software for you to view and interact with the Liberty OnLine Pages
Portal as well as your Complementary Web Site. However, software
changes and upgrades on your computer may require you to download
the most current browser or plug-in. These tools are free of charge
and ensure you have the most up-to-date applications and software
available.
